The taste experiences at restaurant Schwarzwaldstube has made Hotel Traube Tonbach one of Europe's best places when it comes to cooking. Head chef Torsten Michel is a master of flavours, his compositions create an incredibly light and perfect cuisine – delicate, intense, full-flavoured and delicious at the same time. Sommelier Stephane Gass pairs each course with a subtle wine from Traube's outstanding cellar. Good news for gourmets: Our Schwarzwaldstube is back. For now in a temporary home - in the temporaire, just a few meters from the familiar place. Here we created a place for Torsten Michel, his team and the famous cuisine with the ambience of the temporary – and we will be able to take your reservation.
